CAITLIN CALLEN

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you
are, without pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you are feeling
overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or seeking a better understanding of
yourself, my goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you
feel heard, respected, and supported.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) currently working with adults in
behavioral health settings, with previous experience supporting children,
adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals. My clinical interests include anxiety
and depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, personal growth, life transitions,
and navigating complex mental health challenges. I also enjoy supporting families
and caregivers as they balance their own needs while caring for loved ones
experiencing mental health concerns or navigating neurodivergent-related needs.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, with an
emphasis on recognizing and building upon your existing strengths. I draw on
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
and mindfulness to help you explore the connections between your thoughts,
feelings, and behaviors, develop tools for navigating difficult emotions, and take
meaningful steps toward what matters most to you. Depending on your needs and
preferences, sessions may incorporate conversation, activities, and practical
strategies that you can apply in everyday life.

I view therapy as a shared journey. You bring your experiences, perspectives, and
knowledge of your own life, while I offer support, guidance, and tools we can explore
together. We will work at a pace that respects your circumstances, recognizing that
growth looks different for everyone and does not happen all at once. My hope is to
help you feel empowered to navigate challenges, deepen your self-understanding,
and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and manageable to you.
