Big feelings don't come with an instruction manual — but neither did parenting. As an LMSW, the goal is ensuring every child feels seen, understood, and valued. With over fifteen years of experience walking alongside neurodivergent youth, anxious teens, and the families who love them, support is available to help young people face down big emotions, tricky friendships, school struggles, and life's messy transitions with courage and confidence. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, social hurdles, or the weight of school avoidance, young clients build the skills they need to thrive. Beyond supporting the child, care includes partnering with caregivers to help decode behavior, build stronger connections, and discover practical strategies that truly work at home, at school, and everywhere in between. Through virtual sessions, patient, insightful, and compassionate care is delivered directly to you — wherever you are.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based interventions. Together, we'll explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing healthier coping skills. I also help young people recognize their resilience, strengths, abilities and build upon what's already going right.
What you can expect from me
