NATALI IRAHETA
Life transitions can bring emotions we never expected. Pregnancy, becoming a parent, experiencing pregnancy loss, receiving a new diagnosis, navigating relationship or family changes, or simply entering a new chapter can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to navigate those experiences alone.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with Family Forward Therapy, and I provide a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable talking about the things that may be difficult to say anywhere else.
Much of my experience has focused on supporting women through pregnancy, the postpartum period, pregnancy loss, motherhood, and other significant life transitions. I also work with individuals and families adjusting to new diagnoses, health-related concerns, unexpected changes, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and family stress.
As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I understand that our mental health is often connected to our culture, families, relationships, and identities. Balancing cultural values, family expectations, personal goals, and different roles can sometimes leave us feeling pulled in multiple directions. Therapy can provide a space to explore those experiences openly and better understand what you need—not simply what others expect from you.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping people feel comfortable opening up, particularly about experiences that feel painful, vulnerable, or deeply personal. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
Together, we’ll work to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize the strengths you already have, develop healthier ways of coping, and help you feel more grounded and confident as you move forward.
If you’re looking for someone who will genuinely listen, support you without judgment, and walk alongside you through whatever chapter you’re facing, I would be honored to work with you.
