SHONTAY LOGGINS
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of caregiving, navigating the
profound pain of loss, or trying to find your footing after a relationship ends. You may be
exhausted from caring for someone you love, grieving a significant loss, adjusting to life
after divorce, or wondering who you are after a major life transition. You don’t have to
navigate these changes alone.
With a strong clinical background in hospice and end-of-life care, I have experience
supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult and deeply
personal moments. This work has shaped my understanding of grief, caregiver burnout,
anticipatory loss, resilience, and the complicated emotions that can accompany major
transitions. I bring that same grounded and compassionate approach to adults
navigating relationship distress, separation or divorce, caregiving responsibilities, and
changes in identity or purpose.
Therapy with me is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can talk
openly about what you’re carrying. Together, we can process difficult emotions, develop
practical coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and help you regain a sense of
balance, clarity, and purpose.
For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling. As a Christian, my faith
has shaped my heart for service, grace, and compassion, while my approach to therapy
always honors each client’s individual beliefs and preferences. If incorporating your
Christian faith is important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate your spiritual values into
the therapeutic process.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, especially when you’ve spent so
much time taking care of everyone else. You deserve a space where you can focus on
yourself, process what you’ve experienced, and determine what comes next. Together,
we’ll work at your pace toward greater clarity, hope, and meaningful healing.
